We are excited to launch our essential oil brand Moena Botanicals. Named after the “scent of the rainforest,” moena is a local name for several species of fragrant trees native to the Amazon. We are one of the only producers of this uncommon aromatic and have named our brand after the unique and diversified range of scents produced by the trees commonly called moena.
Moena Botanicals offers unique, wild, and ethical botanicals that empower local communities while reforesting beautiful landscapes. Our essential oils are single-origin, pure, and never diluted. Our primary collection of oils features scents unlike any you have ever encountered before. Botanical aromatics that are only found in remote regions of Peru, from the high altitudes of the dry tropical jungle to the lowland landscapes of the Amazon basin.
Our botanical products are sourced from artisan producers who are paid fair wages and never exploited for labor. The production of our essential oils is part of reimaging artisan commerce as a driver for environmental and social change.
Our Peruvian oils are part of diversified agroforestry systems that aim to make monocultures a practice of the past and create long-term sustainability for local communities.
