Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped via USPS. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

Always keep essential oils away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Store your oils in cool, dark places to prolong the shelf life.

The shelf life of essential oils varies widely. Most oils can keep up to 5 years except citrus-derived oils that tend to lose their potency after about 18 months, depending on how they are stored.

Some of our most-loved essential oils are Palo Santo, Limón Rizo, Moena Alcanforada, and Rosewood or also known as Palo Rosa.

We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason you may request a refund within 30 business days. We do not pay for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect according to the sales order. In which case please send us a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 14 days and we will correct the error. If you do not contact us within the 14 days you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item.

All approved returns can be held as credits or applied to an exchange. Only items that have been damaged or missing from an order will be eligible for a refund. All approved returns are to be sent to:

Essential oils can be enjoyed by smelling them straight from the bottle, on a cotton ball, on a passive diffuser such as lava rock, in an electric diffuser, or used on the body diluted in a carrier oil. We love to use coconut or jojoba oil as a carrier oil.

Some essential oils can be used “neat” or undiluted on the skin, such as lavender, but always test your skin first and if a reaction occurs discontinue use.

Moena Botanicals is not responsible for the misuse of essential oils. We urge you to use essential oils responsibly. Never ingest essential oils, never use them on children, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, do not use if pregnant or nursing unless under the advice of a professional.
